Due to shipping error: If we have sent you an incorrect product that you need to return, please contact us in advance so that we can provide you with instructions for returning the product. Under no circumstances will we accept returns made through unpaid carriage from a transportation agency other than the one specified by us.
Due to receipt of goods damaged in transit: All our products are tested and in perfect condition when shipped. If you receive a product damaged in transit please let us know immediately, within 24 hours from the time of receipt. After this time, Ingeniería de Microsistemas shall not be held liable and the product will be out of warranty and ineligible for replacement or possible exchange.
In all other cases, the deadline for returning a product is 7 days from receipt, with prior acceptance thereof by Ingeniería de Microsistemas Programados. All returns must be postage paid by the customer; under no circumstances will we accept returns that are sent for payment on delivery.
Ingeniería de Microsistemas Programados S.L. guarantees the repair of its products during a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover the value of any parts that need to be replaced due to damage caused by incorrect use of the equipment, or if it has been repaired or modified by the customer.
The warranty does not cover products and/or product parts that are subject to wear and tear or which are deemed to be consumables (microcontrollers, chips, integrated circuits, "DIY" section components, etc).
To make good use of the equipment, users should carefully follow all instructions set out in the instructions for use, and refrain from any action or use described as undesirable or which go against any that are prevented in such instructions for use.
Any Microsystems Engineering branded equipment that is to be repaired should be sent to our offices in Bilbao, with the costs of transport back and forth being paid by the customer.

We keep all our product offerings and prices up to date. All new items that come out throughout the year are included.
There is a section on our website that aims to collect the information we need to meet your orders. Filling in this information is simple and orders are normally dealt with within 48 hours, except on holidays.

Availability of Software and Programs
In the Menu section you can download the latest versions of some of the programs that accompany our products and which are frequently updated.
By including all the necessary details in your e-mail, we can respond as quickly as possible to any queries and problems you may have related solely to our products.
If your queries do not refer to products that we have supplied, you may request a preliminary budget from us to look into it.

VAT and shipping costs are not included neither in the product list nor in the individual description of each of them, and will not be applied until the order processing.
